dc.description.abstract This website is based on Hotel Management System. The reason the system is proposed to be developed for the hotel “ADAMSON INN HOTEL” because they don’t have their customer room booking system. The major problem that the management facing is paying for third-party hotel booking websites which is taking a high cost (16%) of commission for the booking platform. So, the benefit of the system is the hotel management can reduce the extra commission charges of the booking price. Next, the booking is being cancelled by the customer due to a lack of information about the room availability. So, the room availability will be updated time-to-time according to the booking made by walk-in and online booking in which the room is allocated for the customers and the balance room available on the website. On the other hand, the hotel management system will help the hotel management to keep customers’ personal information well organized and safe in the database. This method will help the management to do the accountancy work easily and more effectively. Moreover, this method will move the hotel towards the “Go Green” concept by reducing the usage of paperwork for customer data management. en_US
