dc.description	The aim of this study was to the satisfaction of employees working in warehouse at Venture Electronic Pulau Pinang. This study was made to obtain feedback from employees who working in the warehouse at Venture electronic in Penang on aspects of marketing which is done in terms of service in warehouse at venture Electronic. A total of l 00 randomly selected respondents who are the employees who working in warehouse Pulau Pinang. This study uses the methodology of primary and secondary sources. To meet the objectives of the study, questionnaires were distributed to the respondents to obtain information studies. From the findings, it shows the response of employees working in warehouse service is high although there are some complains and problems arising from different perception derived from the employees. Expectations of this study is that satisfaction of employee's services in the future, especially in terms of service and promotional activities. It aims to ensure that employees can receive information related to the correct and acceptable public.	en_US
